A candidate may consider him/herself admitted to school only after payment of all fees required at the time of admission. Admission Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is expected that the all kinds of fees be paid in advance at the designated times. Students for whom fees have not been paid in full will not be permitted to join the school or continue on the rolls of the School.
The Fee card must be presented at the time of payment of School Fee and must be updated each month.Fee and other dues should be paid before or on the 10th of the month. Tuition fee is to be paid in monthly instalments.
Anyone not clearing arrears within the stipulated time will be required to pay a surcharge of Rs.100/- per month. No application for remission of the surcharge will be considered.
Should any of the last dates of payment fall on a holiday, then the payment due by that date may be remitted on the succeeding working day without penalty.
Names of children whose fees are in arrears will be struck off the rolls and transfer certificates will not be issued until all outstanding amounts are cleared. Children for whom fees have not been paid up-to-date may be prevented from taking school or public examinations.
Fees as applicable will be charged to students who are withdrawn during the school year.Cost of replacement will be charged for breakages, damages and losses.
All payments must be made by cash, cheque or Bank Draft drawn in favour of Pragati Public Senior Secondary School, Kota, payable in Kota. No responsibility is accepted for cash, cheques or drafts sent in children's bags. Post dated cheques in no case will be entertained.
The fees payable are subject to change from time to time. Parents will, however, be informed of any change in fees.
