Admission is open to all children irrespective of sex, religion, caste, creed, medical, and socio-economic conditions. Admission to Pragati School is a privilege and not a right.The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.Recommendations from any source for admission will not be entertained and may even cause to disqualify a prospective candidate. Parents are advised to approach the Admission’s Office personally for admission.Admission to the School is granted as per the rules and regulations of the school.

The parents or guardians may personally collect the official Application Form, attached with the Prospectus, by paying the Registration Fee, which is not refundable. This must be completed and registered at the school Office. However, the registration does not guarantee seat reservation at the school or admission. Moreover, the admission granted will be provisional until all school requirements regarding the admission procedure is complete.

The parents should fill in the admission form with the utmost care, as no subsequent changes will be permitted.The signing of the admission form represents an undertaking that the parents will abide by the rules governing the school, as contained in the prospectus or amended later on.

Admissions are made to classes, where vacancies exist. After examining the child, the Principal reserves the right to admit the child into the class deemed suitable for him/her. The school transport is independent of admission at all levels.
The registration for Admission are accepted year-round and may be closed at any time at the discretion of the Principal. We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible as space in each class is limited Applications,

Age Requirements:

A student should complete the age indicated below against the class, preferably by the commencement of the academic year.

New admissions are not made to Classes 10 and 12.

A child who is beginning the formal education should be personally conducted to the school by the parents or guardians, who will be responsible for their wards, fee, studies, conduct and discipline. The Official Application form must be accompanied by Birth Certificate. The date of birth and name as spelled on the Birth Certificate.
For a child who is seeking fresh admission to this school but has been to school previously, a Transfer Certificate from the previous School must be furnished at the time of admission. Since no change can be made in the name or age once it is entered in the Admission Register, the parent/guardians must ensure that the Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school is accurate.
The transfer certificate of students from outside Rajasthan must be countersigned by the respective District Education Officer or Inspector of Schools as the case may be.
If any student seeks to withdraw admission mid-session, a minimum amount of term fee will have to be paid.
A Transfer Certificate will be issued on withdrawal of admission if due notice has been given and all fees have been paid according to the school rules.
